The course is broken up into three sections:
1. How I sell – 2 one-hour modules.
Here we will use a pre-completed and debriefed psychometric to understand how your personality affects your general behaviour, communication and actions. In the second module we then look specifically at your behaviours in a sales context. What are your strengths and what do you need to be conscious of.
This module gives you invaluable insights into your own personality and bahaviours that you will also take into your personal lives.
2. OM-SM™ Positive Sales Methodology
Two one hour modules will cover:
- The research
- The brain and what happens during the sales process
- The 5 stages of OM-SM™
- Positive Questions
- The importance of Story telling
- White boarding
3. How do I sell through each section of the sales process using OM-SM™ – 2 one hour modules.
Module 1 will look at the standard sales process and you will see how each part of the sales process requires specific behaviour. We will relate these to our behavioural model and explore what is required from a sales person at each stage of the sales method.
Module 2 then explores your own personality preference in relation to the sales process and method. For each stage of the process we look at where you will need to dial back or dial up certain behaviours to ensure that you successfully use the sales method.
4. How do I sell to the different personality types.
Two one hour modules that look in detail at what each customer, based on their personality type, needs from the seller at each stage of the sales process and sales method.
This ensures that you are able to adjust your sales approach based on who you are selling to and ensure that every connection has the best chance of success.
By the end of the Course you will:
Have an in-depth understanding of how to successful sell through all stages of the sales process, using OM-SM, to the different personality types.
Understand where your own behavioural strengths are, as well as where you need to adapt or change behaviours to be more successful.
Gain insight into your own sales blind spots and how best to counter these.
Be given strategies for how to recognize the different personality types of your customers.
